Job Description

As an Emergency Medicine Physician at our community hospital, you will provide high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered emergency care in a fast-paced clinical environment. This is a purely clinical role designed for physicians seeking strong compensation through an RVU-based model, flexible scheduling, and minimal administrative burden.

Responsibility

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to adult and pediatric patients presenting with a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage high-acuity and lower-acuity patients efficiently while maintaining excellent clinical quality and patient safety.

• Perform emergency procedures consistent with training and scope of practice, including airway management, trauma stabilization, and critical care interventions.

• Collaborate with consultants, hospitalists, and nursing staff to ensure smooth patient flow, appropriate admissions, and safe discharges.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or ABOEM).

• Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage high patient volumes in a community hospital setting.

• Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience in an RVU-based or productivity-focused practice model preferred.

• Eligible for state medical licensure and credentialing at the facility.
